Realtors Mountain Region MLS computer system. Different geographic
locations and time periods can be used to better focus on comparable
sales. A thorough, well-researched market analysis results in selling
property very close to the asking price and not experiencing appraisal
problems.
- List your property in the Summit
Association of Realtors Mountain Region MLS which provides both computer and hard
copy information. Through this vehicle, other realtors can show you
property to their perspective buyers.
- With your approval, install both a lockbox
to encourage other agents to show your home and place a "For
Sale" sign on your property along with an information box.

Inform my personal, rather large, client base about your property.
- Direct mail information to potential
customers.
- Include your property in various local
real estate publications such as The Real Estate Book, Mountain Homes
Illustrated and Homes and Land in Summit County.
- Circulate fliers by means of internet describing your property

houses.
